This extremely rare Tudor Rolex was made for the Middle Eastern market in the late 1950s. The original dial signed Tudor, depicts a map of the Middle East and features applied gilt Hindu-Arabic numerals and inner luminous plots matching with the original hands. The dial remains in very good original condition with only small signs of age. The 31mm diameter Oyster case is gold plated with stainless steel back, and has its original Rolex Oyster Brevet crown. The caseback bears the reference 7903 and serial number 201,xxx, and is signed ” Tudor by Rolex” in English and in Arabic script. The case shows some signs of wear to the gold plating which is typical for a watch from this period. The watch is powered by its original manual wind movement signed Tudor and is in full working order.
