Cartier Santos Dumont Extra Plate reference 96054 was the precursor to the reference 1576, and has become one of the most sought-after vintage Cartier models. The 18k solid gold case appears unpolished and measures 27mm in width by only 4.2mm in thickness. It features a quality ultra thin manual wind Frédéric Piguet base cal. 21 movement signed Cartier, and its original Swiss-signed dial (with light crazing).
