Jaeger-LeCoultre Atmos Clock made for Cartier. This rare clock from circa 1947, features a 15 jewel movement signed LeCoultre Co. and numbered 15199. This collaboration between JLC and Cartier also featured in their wristwatches from the same period. JLC would supply Cartier with movements and watches sold through their flagship stores in New York, Paris and London. This clock has recently been serviced by an independent clockmaker and is in full working order.
Another example of this clock belonged to the late great Hollywood Actor Elizabeth Taylor.
